A code was developed to insert plain text inside the binary code of a digital image, hence creating a glitch. A digital image of the room’s 18th century painting depicting a scene of labour was altered by inserting into its binary code text from found words describing the last seen instances of a person who lost their sight. The resulting image was then transferred on wall between the painting and the ceiling decorations.
Plants selected from the exhibition’s space surrounding park. The plants were later processed by removing the chlorophyll, but the energy is still preserved in them, in this way creating a pause in their cycle.
